I’m a New York University graduate and a licensed clinical social worker in NJ. I hold both a School Social Work Certificate and certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a powerful therapeutic modality that supports healing and building emotional resilience through nurturing self trust. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and EMDR International Association.

My specialties include working with children, teens, and adults with complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also offer parent coaching to support families in strengthening connections, improving communication, and supporting regulation for calmer home environments. As a former school social worker, I hold expansive knowledge navigating special education services  in both public and private schools and provide support and education to parents in accessing school based resources through IDEA.
